The smooth richness of premium Swiss chocolate with the bold aroma of roasted coffee — a balanced, creamy 2-in-1 cup that’s comforting and energising, just add hot water. Used for hot & iced instant coffee, café-style cups and to-go service.
Add about 15 g of premix to 150–200 ml of hot water (or cold milk/water for an iced coffee) and stir well. No separate sugar or creamer needed — it’s all in the mix. Serve hot or over ice.
Yes — make it with hot water then add cold milk and ice, or shake with cold milk for a quick iced coffee.

Milk-chocolate sweetness rather than the dark, bitter kind — rounder and creamier than the dark chocolate variant, and noticeably sweeter. The coffee is present but clearly playing second.
The comfort option: cold weather, evening service, and anywhere a hot chocolate would sell but you would rather sell coffee. Popular with customers who find dark chocolate too severe.
Hot. If you carry both this and the dark chocolate, list them next to each other and describe the difference — customers self-select accurately and both sell better for it.
A 2-in-1 has the creamer already in it. That sounds like a small thing until you count what it removes from a counter: no separate whitener to stock, no dairy to keep cold, no second scoop, and no cup that arrives grey because someone was heavy-handed with the milk powder. It also means the drink is identical whether it is made by the person who has worked there two years or the one who started on Monday. The trade is that you cannot dial the milkiness up or down per customer — the ratio is set when the powder is blended.
