Popping boba are small spherical pearls with a thin gel membrane encapsulating flavoured liquid inside. When bitten, the membrane pops and releases a burst of flavour — creating a fun, juicy surprise in every sip. Unlike chewy tapioca pearls, these are burst-on-bite.
They work in cold drinks, yogurt, mocktails, ice cream and desserts. No cooking, no prep — open the tin and serve straight away.

Spherification
Flavoured liquid is dropped into a calcium chloride bath, forming a thin gel membrane around each droplet via a chemical reaction with sodium alginate.

Washing & sizing
Pearls are rinsed, sized to ~8mm and sorted for consistency. Undersized or deformed pearls are removed.

Quality check & packing
Every batch is lab-tested at our FSSC 22000 certified facility in Hyderabad before being packed into 1 KG tins with full batch traceability.
