What makes this low-risk versus a franchise?
A franchise locks ₹5–15L upfront and 8–12% of revenue forever. We ask for a non-refundable ₹3L stock commit that is entirely converted into inventory you'll sell. Typical operators recover that within 3–6 months on standard mall/high-street traffic.
Will I get enough product variety?

What if I have no café experience?
Most of our operators don't. The two-day on-site training covers every recipe, every machine, every standard. A launch advisor walks your first 90 days with you — weekly sales-mix calls, menu adjustments, troubleshooting.
Can I open more than one outlet?
Yes — that's actually the model we love. Operators with 3+ units get tiered stock pricing, priority on new SKUs, and a dedicated account manager. There's no territory lock, so you can pick the locations.
What's the difference between Branded Operator and Partner?
Branded Operator runs a full Tea Planet–brand outlet (cart/kiosk/café) with our livery and menu. Partner just supplies — distributes our SKUs to local cafés and retailers, no storefront. Both work; the discovery call will surface which fits.
Are there hidden charges?
No. ₹3L stock commit, applied entirely to inventory. Every subsequent purchase is at our wholesale list price, which you'll see in the discovery deck. Equipment is procured directly by you (we just shortlist). That's it.
