What is an instant lassi mix?

The whole drink, in the powder.

An instant lassi mix is a ready-to-blend powder that carries the yogurt, flavour and sweetness in one. There’s no churning curd and no measuring: add 25–30 g to chilled water or milk, stir or blend, add ice and serve a creamy, café-style lassi in seconds.

The range spans fruit lassis (Mango, Strawberry, Tropical Mixed Fruit), floral Rose, classic Kesar Elaichi and savoury, spiced styles (Hing Jeera, Chilli Spice, Masala Mint, Lemon Spice) — plus an indulgent Mint White Chocolate.

How to use
