Our products are sold primarily to businesses — cafés, cloud kitchens, hotels, QSRs, distributors, manufacturers and export buyers — as well as to adult retail customers. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and, where ordering on behalf of a business, that you are authorised to bind that business.
We make every effort to describe our products, ingredients, specifications, HSN codes and pack details accurately. Product images are illustrative; packaging, appearance and formulation may vary, and we may update recipes and specifications to maintain quality or meet regulatory requirements. Nutritional and ingredient information printed on the physical pack label prevails over any figure shown on the website. Availability of any product is not guaranteed and may change without notice.
Enquiries, quotes and items shown on the website are an invitation to do business, not a binding offer. An order is accepted — and a contract formed — only when we confirm it in writing (by email, WhatsApp, invoice or order acknowledgement). We may decline or cancel any order before dispatch, including where there is a pricing error, stock shortage, suspected fraud, or where we cannot meet food-safety or export requirements.
Wholesale, distributor, OEM, private-label and export pricing is offered on a case-pack basis and may be subject to minimum order quantities, which are confirmed on enquiry. Tiered discounts, where offered, apply to qualifying order values and require a valid GSTIN. Custom formulations, private-label runs and industrial-volume supply are governed by separate written terms agreed for each project.
Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Unless agreed otherwise, risk in the goods passes to you on dispatch, and title passes once we have received payment in full. Because our products are food ingredients with defined shelf lives, returns are limited and are handled under our Shipping & Returns policy. In summary, claims for damage, shortage or defect must be raised promptly on receipt, with supporting evidence; we do not accept returns of opened, used or correctly supplied food products except where required by law.
Our products are manufactured under FSSAI and FSSC 22000 certified systems. You are responsible for storing, preparing, dosing and serving the products in line with the instructions and shelf-life information provided, and for ensuring your own compliance with food-safety, labelling and licensing requirements in your location. Allergen advice printed on the pack must be observed; several products are made in a facility that also handles milk solids, nuts and soy.

Subject to any applicable law, the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or any order, without prejudice to our right to pursue recovery or relief in any competent jurisdiction.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date reflects the current version, and continued use of the website or placing of orders after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
