When we set up India's first bubble tea manufacturing facility, there was no playbook. So we built one — recipes, supply chain, training, packaging and paperwork. Everything below is what we mean by that.
Premixes, popping boba, tapioca pearls, syrups, foamers — all manufactured at our facility, not white-labelled. That means no import lead times, no FX exposure on your COGS, and direct control over every recipe.
Our premixes are built on dairy creamers and sugar — the taste Indian customers grew up with, not the non-dairy, HFCS profile of imported brands. The sweetness, fat ratio and ice tolerance are calibrated for India, not copy-pasted from Asia.
Direct-from-source, with plantation relationships in India and Sri Lanka plus flavour and herb partners in Germany, Egypt, Taiwan and the US. Tea Board India and Coffee Board India registered. The result: reliable supply, single-origin transparency, fair prices.
Flavour teas, beverage mixes, syrups, foamers — all developed in-house, none bought-in and re-branded. Made on our own lines under FSSC 22000 with Odoo ERP batch traceability. That's why a Tea Planet taro tastes the same in your café as it does in ours.
Most suppliers stop at the jar. We don't. From recipe books and barista training to private-label packaging and a launch playbook, we hand you the operating system — not just the food. Cafés, hotels, kiosks, distributors and startup brands all run on it.
What we ship to a high-volume kiosk is identical to what a home enthusiast orders in a 3.2 kg jar. No "consumer-grade" downgrades — one recipe, one quality, two pack sizes.
