How we dispatch, deliver and handle claims for orders — for cafés, distributors, manufacturers and export buyers, as well as direct customers.
Orders are processed once confirmed in writing and, where applicable, on receipt of cleared payment or an agreed deposit. We aim to dispatch in-stock items promptly from our facility in Hyderabad. Dispatch timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary with order size, custom or made-to-order items, stock position, and the destination. Made-to-order, private-label and large-volume orders carry separate lead times confirmed at the time of order.

We supply export buyers internationally. Export freight terms — such as EXW, FOB or CIF — incoterms, documentation, duties and clearance are agreed per order. Import duties, taxes and local clearance charges in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Transit times depend on destination, freight mode and carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, force majeure or incorrect address or contact details provided by you. Please ensure delivery details and a reachable contact are accurate at the time of order.
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, risk in the goods passes to you on dispatch, and title passes once we have received payment in full. For export orders, risk and title follow the agreed incoterms.
Please inspect every consignment at the time of delivery. If the outer packaging is damaged or the consignment appears tampered with or short, note it with the carrier at the point of delivery before signing, and photograph the cartons and contents. This evidence is required to support any claim.
Because our products are food ingredients, claims must be raised quickly so we can investigate with the carrier:
Our products are perishable food ingredients with defined shelf lives. For food-safety and regulatory reasons we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or correctly supplied as ordered.
Returns or refunds are considered only where:
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or as account credit, for the value of the affected goods. Freight charges are non-refundable except where the fault is ours. We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, over-ordering, incorrect ordering by the buyer, or for products stored or handled outside the stated conditions.
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us promptly; once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled and is handled under the returns terms above. Made-to-order, custom and private-label orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
You are responsible for storing and handling products as printed on the pack — typically in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and refrigerated after opening where indicated. Products stored or handled outside the stated conditions, or used after their best-before/use-by date, are not eligible for claims.
