How we provide product samples so you can taste, test and standardise recipes before committing to a wholesale order.
Samples are the best way to evaluate taste, texture, dosage and how our products perform in your recipes before you place a wholesale order. We are glad to provide them on the following terms.
Samples are paid. We charge for the sample quantity so that we can supply genuine, full-quality product rather than token amounts, and so you can test under real conditions. The applicable sample charge is confirmed with you in writing before dispatch and depends on the products and quantities requested.
The credit applies to your first confirmed order with us, is for the sample product value, and is subject to the order meeting our standard B2B terms (including GSTIN where required). Freight on samples is not part of the adjusted amount — see below.
Shipping on samples is charged to you and is separate from the sample product cost. Sample freight is not credited against future orders. Express or courier dispatch for urgent samples is available on your account.
Most of our catalogue is available for sampling — bubble tea premixes, popping boba, tapioca, nata de coco, syrups, cheese foamers, ripple powders, tea, coffee and beverage mixes. Some made-to-order, seasonal or custom items may have limited sample availability, which we will confirm on request.
In-stock samples are dispatched from Hyderabad once the sample charge and freight are confirmed and paid. Lead times for custom or made-to-order samples are advised case by case. Dispatch and transit timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
We send samples to international buyers. Export samples are subject to the sample charge plus international freight, and to the documentation, duties and clearance requirements of the destination country, which are the buyer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
Samples are the same quality as our production stock and carry the same storage, shelf-life and allergen information printed on the pack. Please store and prepare samples as instructed; results depend on correct dosage and handling. Allergen advice on the pack must be observed — several products are made in a facility that also handles milk solids, nuts and soy.
For custom formulations and private-label development, sampling is handled as part of a separate development process, which may involve development charges and multiple iterations. These are agreed per project and are distinct from standard catalogue sampling.
