There is no boiling, no hydrating and no holding window to manage — a tin is opened, drained with a slotted spoon and scooped straight into the cup. For a café running one counter, or a cloud kitchen with no burner to spare, that is the difference between adding boba to the menu and not.
Open the tin, drain the excess syrup with a slotted spoon, and spoon into the glass as a base layer or over the finished drink. Replace the lid and refrigerate after opening, and use within two weeks. Recipe SOPs and staff training come with every order, so a new team can serve from day one.
