Nata de coco is chewy coconut jelly made from fermented coconut water. It comes ready to use: open the pack, drain, and spoon it into the cup or bowl. There is nothing to cook, so it suits a counter without a kitchen as well as a dessert line or a bottled-drink brand.

We are the manufacturer, not an importer or a repacker. Our nata de coco is processed from compressed nata de coco, flavoured and packed in-house at our FSSC 22000 certified facility in Hyderabad, which keeps the texture the same batch to batch and lets us adapt flavours for Indian menus. The same facility makes popping boba (about 1.5 tonnes a day), tapioca pearls, boba syrups and premixes, and bottles nata de coco drinks in 200 ml bottles on our ready-to-drink line.
