Add about 15 g of premix to 150–200 ml of hot water (or cold milk/water for an iced coffee) and stir well. No separate sugar or creamer needed — it’s all in the mix. Serve hot or over ice.
Yes — make it with hot water then add cold milk and ice, or shake with cold milk for a quick iced coffee.

Deep cocoa against roast, both bitter in different ways, and the balance is what makes it work — the sweetness in the blend keeps it from turning into two competing bitternesses. The finish is velvety rather than sharp.
The safest mocha-style line to carry, because it satisfies the customer who wants chocolate and the one who wants coffee without compromising for either. Strong in offices, cafés and winter service.
Hot with a dusting of cocoa is the default. Over ice it becomes an iced mocha with no separate sauce to portion or store.
A 2-in-1 has the creamer already in it. That sounds like a small thing until you count what it removes from a counter: no separate whitener to stock, no dairy to keep cold, no second scoop, and no cup that arrives grey because someone was heavy-handed with the milk powder. It also means the drink is identical whether it is made by the person who has worked there two years or the one who started on Monday. The trade is that you cannot dial the milkiness up or down per customer — the ratio is set when the powder is blended.
