Add about 15 g of premix to 150–200 ml of hot water (or cold milk/water for an iced coffee) and stir well. No separate sugar or creamer needed — it’s all in the mix. Serve hot or over ice.
Yes — make it with hot water then add cold milk and ice, or shake with cold milk for a quick iced coffee.

Warm, roasted, nutty — the classic café flavoured coffee, and the one most people have already decided they like before they order it. The nuttiness sits with the roast rather than on top of it, which is why hazelnut has outlasted most flavoured coffees.
A safe everyday seller: offices, pantries, vending, hotel breakfast, and any counter that wants one flavoured coffee and no arguments about which. It is the flavoured coffee people ask for by name second only to vanilla — though half the Indian trade, our own older catalogue included, prints it “hazelnet”, which is worth knowing when you are scanning a price list for it.
Nothing needed. If you are building a menu, this is the one to pair with a plain biscotti or a butter cookie rather than anything chocolatey.
A 2-in-1 has the creamer already in it. That sounds like a small thing until you count what it removes from a counter: no separate whitener to stock, no dairy to keep cold, no second scoop, and no cup that arrives grey because someone was heavy-handed with the milk powder. It also means the drink is identical whether it is made by the person who has worked there two years or the one who started on Monday. The trade is that you cannot dial the milkiness up or down per customer — the ratio is set when the powder is blended.
