We manufacture boba premixes, tapioca pearls, popping boba, syrups, instant tea and coffee and beverage mixes in Hyderabad, and supply them to importers, distributors, private-label brands and multi-site boba operators in the United States. FDA-registered facility, quoted in USD, documentation prepared for clearance.
Most US boba supply is assembled from several origins — pearls from one country, premix from another, syrups from a third. We make the lot.
That matters for two practical reasons. First, consolidation: premixes, tapioca, popping boba, jellies, syrups and instant tea and coffee ship together from one plant on one set of documents, instead of four suppliers each with their own minimums, lead times and paperwork. Second, accountability — when a drink tastes different this month, there is one manufacturer to ask rather than a chain of traders.
India also gives you a cost base that is not the one most US boba distributors are buying against, and a manufacturer that has been making beverage ingredients since 2011 and boba ingredients since 2019. We are not a trading house reselling somebody else's pearls.
Shelf-stable, ambient formats in standard case packs — the categories that consolidate well into a first container.
Premixes, tapioca pearls, popping boba, nata de coco, syrups, ripple powders and cheese foamers.
→Instant tea and coffee premixes, green teas, flavoured teas, decoctions and latte bases.
→Iced teas, milkshakes, lemonades, lassi and base powders — the rest of a cold-drinks menu.
→Own-label manufacture for US brands — recipe, pack and label co-developed for your market.
→Food imported into the US involves obligations on both sides. Here is the split, so you know what we carry and what sits with you or your customs broker.
Facilities that manufacture food for export to the US register with the FDA and renew that registration on the FDA's cycle. Ours is registered, and the details are shared with your broker on request.
Product specifications, ingredient declarations, allergen statements, nutritional data and shelf life, plus certificates of analysis per consignment — prepared before order confirmation so nothing is being chased at the port.
The FDA requires advance notice of each food consignment arriving in the US. Your customs broker files it against the shipment documents we issue.
Under US food-safety rules the importer of record carries a verification programme for its foreign suppliers. We supply the audit, certification and specification evidence that programme is built on.
Retail packs sold in the US carry a US-format Nutrition Facts panel, US allergen declarations, net contents in US customary units and a US responsible-party address. On private-label programmes we co-develop that artwork with you.
Import duty, entry filing and any port examination are for the importer's account. We quote EXW, FOB or CIF so you can place those costs where your logistics prefers.
This is a plain-language summary to help you scope a first shipment, not legal or regulatory advice, and requirements change. Confirm the current position with your customs broker or regulatory advisor. Compliance with US labelling, registration and import rules rests with the importer; our part is to supply the documentation that supports it, and we do.
The same terms we quote every international buyer. Full Export Terms & Conditions are issued with each quotation and order confirmation.
Every export runs against a written order confirmation, and the documentation travels with the consignment. The full process, from enquiry to dispatch, is on the export & international page.
Yes. We manufacture in an FDA-registered facility in Hyderabad and supply importers, distributors and private-label brands in the US. Orders are quoted in USD on EXW, FOB India or CIF your port under Incoterms 2020, and the export documentation travels with the consignment.
On your side: an importer of record, a customs broker to file entry and Prior Notice for each shipment, a foreign-supplier verification programme, and US-format labelling for anything sold at retail. On our side: a registered facility and the full technical dossier — specifications, ingredient and allergen declarations, nutritional data, shelf life and certificates of analysis.
Yes, and it is a large part of what we export. We manufacture to an agreed specification and minimum batch quantity, and co-develop the recipe, pack format and label artwork for the US market. Proprietary formulations and processes remain ours unless transferred by separate written agreement.
Minimum order quantities depend on the category, formulation and pack format, and are confirmed in the formal quotation once you have evaluated samples. Because the range is ambient and shares standard case packs, categories consolidate — we will tell you how to combine them into an efficient container rather than pushing volume on one SKU.
Yes. Evaluation samples are supplied free of charge; courier is at actuals or on your own DHL, UPS or FedEx account. Sampling does not constitute a commercial sale or commit either side to future supply.
The facility holds HALAL certification, which matters for a good part of the US foodservice market. We share the certificate with the rest of the dossier before order confirmation.
We manufacture in our own plant in Hyderabad. Specifications, ingredient declarations, shelf-life data and certificates are shared before order confirmation.
Tell us the categories you are after, your volumes and your port. We will send the line-up, indicative USD pricing, MOQs and a sample plan, and prepare the documentation your broker needs.
