Why source here

HALAL from the plant

One supplier for the bubble tea menu and the karak counter.

The facility holds HALAL certification alongside FSSC 22000, FSSAI and APEDA credentials, and the certificates travel with the technical dossier before order confirmation. Behind that sits the complete bubble tea system from one plant: milk and fruit premixes, tapioca pearls, popping boba, nata de coco, syrups and toppings, alongside karak and chai premixes, teas and instant coffee.

Our popping boba is HALAL certified and made on our own line in Hyderabad, about 1.5 tonnes a day, so HALAL popping boba can ship in the same consignment as the rest of the range.

Buying for Saudi Arabia or the UAE? Those markets have their own pages: Saudi Arabia and the UAE & Dubai.

The range

What ships to the GCC

Ambient, shelf-stable formats in standard case packs, so a mixed first shipment is straightforward.

Karak & chai

Karak chai premix for the Gulf

Karak is served at tea stalls, cafés and offices across Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and Bahrain. We make it as an instant premix, so a cup needs only hot water: our Karak Chai Instant Premix holds black tea extract, milk powder, creamer, sugar and brown sugar, at a printed dose of about 15 g in 100 ml of hot water, in 1 KG packs, ten to a case, with a 12-month shelf life. It is made in our HALAL-certified facility and contains milk solids.

We also make it under your own label: see karak chai premix manufacturer and private label, and the karak chai premix guide.

Importing

What has to be in place

Importing food into the Gulf puts obligations on both sides. Here is the split, so you know what we carry and what sits with you or your clearing agent.

Our side

A certified manufacturer

The plant operates to FSSC 22000 and holds FSSAI, HALAL and APEDA credentials, with a US FDA-registered facility. Certificates are shared with the dossier before order confirmation.

Our side

The technical dossier

Product specifications, ingredient and allergen declarations, nutritional data and shelf life, plus certificates of analysis per consignment, prepared before order confirmation.

Our side

Export documents

Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and the certificates your broker asks for, issued against each shipment from India.

Your side

Importer registration and entry

You will need the registrations your food authority and customs require of a food importer, and an agent to file the entry. Import duties and taxes are for the importer’s account.

Your side

Destination-format labelling

Anything sold on carries labelling in the format your market requires — Arabic-language labelling where the regulation calls for it, with the importer’s details. On own-label programmes we develop that artwork with you.

Your side

HALAL verification

We hold and share the facility’s HALAL certificate with the dossier. Confirming it against the certification bodies your market accepts sits with the importer, so ask for the paperwork early.

This is a plain-language summary to help you scope a first shipment, not legal or regulatory advice, and requirements change. Confirm the current position with your customs agent or regulatory advisor. Compliance with local rules rests with the importer; our part is to supply the documentation that supports it.

Gulf buyers ask

Questions before a first order

Do you supply Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and Bahrain?

Yes. We quote importers, distributors, café chains and own-label brands in all four, in USD on EXW, FOB India or CIF your port. Saudi Arabia and the UAE have their own pages.

Are your products HALAL certified?

Our facility holds HALAL certification alongside FSSC 22000, FSSAI, APEDA and US FDA registration. The HALAL certificate travels with the technical dossier before order confirmation.

Do you make karak chai premix?

Yes. Our Karak Chai Instant Premix is a 3-in-1 powder that needs only hot water, in 1 KG packs, ten to a case, with a 12-month shelf life. We also make karak under your own label.

Who handles Arabic labelling and registration?

The importer, with the food and customs authorities of the destination. On own-label programmes we develop the artwork with you, and we supply the technical dossier, certificates and export documents.

How is export pricing quoted?

In USD, on EXW, FOB India or CIF your port under Incoterms 2020, quoted on enquiry once we know the products, volumes and destination. Payment is 100% advance by wire transfer.

Can I get samples?

Yes. Evaluation samples are free; courier is at actuals or on your own courier account.
