It dissolves straight into the cup at 15–20 g premix : 150–200 ml hot or cold water — no brewing, no straining and no equipment. Used for instant hot & iced tea, to-go cups and bubble-tea bases.

How do I make it?

Add 15–20 g of premix to 150–200 ml of hot or cold water and stir until fully dissolved. Serve immediately, hot or over ice. For a bubble tea, add tapioca pearls or popping boba.

What it tastes like

The aroma lands before the tea does — jasmine is scent first, flavour second, and a good jasmine green should smell like the flower and taste like tea. The green base here is deliberately light so the floral note has room; it finishes clean rather than grassy.

Where it earns its place

Jasmine green is the base most bubble-tea fruit teas are built on, so this is a stocking decision rather than a flavour decision: it is the canvas for a whole section of the menu, not one line on it. It also stands on its own as a hot or iced tea for anyone who finds black tea too heavy.

What to add

Almost anything. Fruit syrups, popping boba, nata de coco — jasmine's job is to stay out of the way. If you are building a fruit tea range, start here and let the toppings do the differentiating.

Why instant, not brewed

Green tea is the easiest tea in the world to ruin. Water off the boil rather than at it, two to three minutes and not four, and the moment you overshoot it turns astringent and grassy — which is why so much café green tea is disappointing. An instant decoction takes that judgement out of the hands of whoever is on the counter. The extraction has already happened, correctly, once. What is left is dissolving a measured amount of powder, which is a thing anyone can do identically every time.
