We manufacture across both halves of that sentence — CTC and orthodox tea, specialty and flavoured teas, instant tea and coffee premixes on one side, and the complete boba toolkit on the other: milk and fruit premixes, tapioca pearls, popping boba, nata de coco, syrups and toppings. You will need to be registered as a food business with your local authority and to hold the customs registration your agent files entries against. Import duty and import VAT are for the importer's account.
Anything sold in GB carries a UK food business operator name and address, allergens emphasised in the ingredients list, and quantity and nutrition declarations in the GB format. On own-label programmes we co-develop that artwork with you.
Imported food may be examined by the port health authority on arrival. The documentation travels with the consignment so a check is a check rather than a delay.

Yes. We manufacture to an agreed specification and minimum batch quantity, and co-develop the recipe, pack format and label artwork for the UK market. Proprietary formulations and processes remain ours unless transferred by separate written agreement.
Minimum order quantities depend on the category, formulation and pack format, and are confirmed in the formal quotation once you have evaluated samples. Yes. Evaluation samples are supplied free of charge; courier is at actuals or on your own DHL, UPS or FedEx account. Sampling does not constitute a commercial sale or commit either side to future supply.
The facility holds HALAL certification, and a large part of the range is vegetarian — each product page states its own dietary position. We share the certificates and the full ingredient declarations before order confirmation so you can verify rather than take our word for it.
