Earthy and warm with a creamy, milky body — the golden latte in premix form. Gentler than the spice-forward lattes and quite different in character from everything else on this list.
Wellness-leaning menus, late-evening service where caffeine is unwanted, and hotel wellness floors. It also gives a tea-latte board a caffeine-light option without adding a whole new category.
Hot milk gives it the body it wants. Stir it well and stir it again before serving — turmeric settles faster than the rest of this range.
These carry their own creamer, which is why the declared ratio offers water or milk and means it. Made with hot water the drink is complete, consistent and costs you nothing but powder — this is the version that works in vending, in an office pantry, on a train, anywhere without a fridge. Made with hot milk it becomes noticeably richer and rounder, and closer to what a café customer pictures when they read the word latte. Neither is the correct answer; they are two products from one pack, and the useful thing is knowing that before you price the menu. A counter serving both can charge differently for each without stocking a second line.
