What is a ripple / walling powder?

It is a flavoured powder you mix into a thick syrup paste and streak around the inside of the serving glass. When you pour the drink on top, it creates the dripping, walled lava effect seen in brown sugar lattes.

How do I use it?

Mix 10–12 g of ripple powder with 20–30 ml hot water into a syrup-like paste. Line the inside of the serving glass with the paste, then add milk, tea or base mix on top to create the lava / ripple effect. Adjust thickness with more or less water.

Does it work in hot drinks?

It is best in cold drinks, where the ripple shows clearly against pale or clear bases. In hot liquids the streaks dissolve and the wall effect is lost.

Is it vegetarian or vegan?

It is vegetarian but not vegan — it contains milk derivatives. It is processed in a facility that also handles milk solids, nuts and soy.

What is the minimum order quantity?

For retail there is no minimum — order as little as a single pouch. For bulk and wholesale pricing, a minimum of 1 case and a valid GSTIN are required.
