Per 100g · instant pearls · varies slightly by batch
Microwave the sachet for 2–3 minutes, then tip the pearls into the cup and pour the drink over them. There is no boiling, no soaking and no cooking skill involved — one sachet is one cup.
Only the format. Boil-pack pearls cook from raw and take about an hour, which gives a café full control over batches. These are pre-cooked into single-serve sachets, so a delivery kitchen or a counter without prep time can still put real pearls in the cup.
A few hours for best chew. Like all tapioca they firm up as they cool, so heat a sachet when the drink is being made rather than in advance.
A pack of 20 single-serve sachets — 30 g each, 600 g in total. A carton holds 10 packs (200 sachets), which is the unit a wholesale order is counted in.
6 months sealed. Keep them in a cool, dry place below 25°C, away from heat, moisture, direct sunlight. Once a sachet is open: use immediately once opened.
