It is a salty-sweet crema powder that whisks into a thick, creamy foam. Poured gently over a drink, it floats as a stable cap on top — the signature layer behind cheese-tea and cheese-foam milk tea menus.
Dissolve 10–12 g of foam powder in 30–40 ml hot water (80–90°C). Whisk or froth until smooth and creamy, then pour gently over tea, coffee or fruit drinks to form a stable foam cap. Adjust the dosage for a lighter or richer crema.
It is best on milk teas, cold brews, fruit teas, lattes and café-style boba toppings, where the creamy cap floats and shows clearly against the base.
It is vegetarian but not vegan — it contains milk derivatives. It is processed in a facility that also handles milk solids, nuts and soy.
