Our team will email you once your order has been dispatched. We will share the expected arrival date and the link to track your order. You can check the order status by visiting the My Accounts section on our website. If there are multiple items in the order, some items may arrive separately on different dates depending on the availability of the products. The tracking information for the same will be shared with you via email or you can check it on the website.

You can adjust your orders before they are shipped. We are unable to make modifications to your order once it has been marked as "shipping," or "delivered.” Please contact support via the helpdesk to make changes to your order.

If you notice that the package is damaged before accepting the delivery, please do not accept the delivery and immediately inform us. If you have accepted the delivery and noticed that the package is damaged, please send us a message through our helpdesk within 24 hours of receiving the package. For details, please refer to our "returns policy".

In the unlikely event that you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with the following information to ensure that we can get this resolved for you quickly & efficiently –

  1. Your order number
  2. The name of the item you did not receive
  3. A clear photograph of the item you have received

Every The Tea Planet product is packaged with care and goes through extensive quality tests. The nature of the products is such that we do not offer a return option, but once you send us images of the damaged package, we will offer a refund or replacement alternative.


We offer Credit/Debit cards, Bank transfers, and UPI payment options through secure payment gateways.

We process a refund within 5 business days of receiving and approving a refund request. Once the refund is processed the amount will be returned to your original payment method. In case of payment delays, you can contact our customer service for updates.
