Shipping policy

• Orders will be processed in 2 to 3 working days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive an order shipment notification once your order is shipped.  It is to be noted that orders greater than 50 Kilograms take longer to process.

• The Tea Planet ships Monday to Friday. We do not ship at weekends and public holidays in India. Our shipping cut-off time is 3 p.m. IST. Orders placed after 3 p.m. IST will be processed on the next business day.
  
  
• Once your order is processed, it usually takes 5-7 days for delivery of your order. For metro cities, it is usually within 48 working hours. Deliveries are made between Monday to Saturday. There are no deliveries on Sunday.

• You can check your order status by using the tracking code and link provided in the email. In case you haven't received your order within 7 days of receiving the email confirming the shipping of your order, please reach out to us at info@theteaplanet.com or +91 8306830644, with your name and order number and our team will look into it for you.

• Shipping Charges will be calculated based on your order quantity and the Pin Code of your location. It will be added to the final payment page.

• The shipping policy is for all orders shipped within India. Shipping policies for orders shipped internationally will be made available on request at info@theteaplanet.com or +91 8306830644.
